    We aim to give you total confidence with your purchase/s,  in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   Most items* purchased from Benconstruct can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (or if applicable, from the date of delivery). You do not have to give a reason for returning the item/s.

    You will receive a refund of the full purchase price of the item/s, less any delivery and packaging costs incurred by Benc.construct.

    Generally Royal mail or UPS used, pending availability & speed of service.

    Your item is automaticaly insured whilst in transit from any damage or theft and can be left for your collection at a local post office or UPS depo.

    Our aim is to convey the product to the customer in immaculate condition, in a safe and efficent manor to a place of their choosing.
